V2 SUPPORT

Progress is designed so that teachers can quickly and easily generate data reports. There are a variety of reports available, all designed to match users' data needs in various situations. To access the progress section, click on the 'PROGRESS' icon:

This will take you to the Progress Home page which lists the available reports grouped by their category:

There are three data types that you can report on in Progress:

• Markbook Data: The markbook always generates two percentage scores; overall percentage and percentage of assessed. 

• External Data: This can be imported test results.

• Judgements: Point in time judgements entered manually by teachers.

To load a Progress Report, click on the the relevant report you wish to view which will bring up the selection screen relevant to the report. The reports are grouped by their categories based on the information they display, click the links to find out more about each report and how to load them:

• School Overview Reports: High level reports on data generated in Classroom Monitor.

• Combination Reports: Used to compare data from different sources.

• Tracking Reports: View detailed data for a group.

• EYFS Reports: EYFS specific tracking.

• Exports: Export data from Classroom Monitor to an Excel spreadsheet.
