Why Can't I See My Groups?

If a user has SLT or Admin permissions, they will automatically be able to access all groups that have been set up for the school. Users that have teacher rights can only load up markbooks for groups that have been assigned to their account.
If a teacher needs to be given access to a class, this will need to be done by a user with admin or SLT permissions. The admin or SLT user will be able to give access to the required classes through Teacher Group Management.
Please be aware that in order for a group to be loaded on the markbook, it requires at least one active pupil assigned to it. Pupils can be assigned to a group through Pupil Group Membership.
