How Do I View Data For EYFS Pupils?

EYFS data can either be viewed on the system through the three specifically designed EYFS Data Reports or exported to an Excel spreadsheet through the EYFS Exports. Information can also be seen on the Pupil Reports.
The three data reports show the following information:
EYFS Group Report: View attainment and progress data for a group of pupils in one area of learning. Data can be viewed by pupil name or by pupil type (e.g. Pupil Premium, Boys)
EYFS Pupil Report: View attainment and progress data for a single pupil in multiple areas of learning.
GLD Report: View ELG data for all 17 areas of learning for each pupil in a group and whether the pupils have reached a Good Level of Development (GLD) at the end of the EYFS.
The exports show the following information:
EYFS Export - School Overview: A whole school export of attainment data for either the EYFS Development Matters or EYFS Markbook curriculum. It displays the number of pupils at Beg, Dev and Sec for each month band in all 17 areas of learning.
EYFS Export - Year Overview: An export of attainment data for either the EYFS Development Matters or EYFS Markbook curriculum for a particular year group. It displays the number of pupils at Beg, Dev and Sec for each month band in all 17 areas of learning.
EYFS Export - School Overview: An export of attainment data for either the EYFS Development Matters or EYFS Markbook curriculum for a particular class. It displays the number of pupils at Beg, Dev and Sec for each month band in all 17 areas of learning.
EYFS Export - Ability Tracking: An export for a class or year group that shows individual pupils and their attainment for each of the 17 areas of learning.
The scores taken for pupils on the exports are the highest level they have been assessed at. For example if a pupil has achieved 30-50 Months Sec but also 40-60 Months Beg in a particular area, their score on the export will be 40-60 Months Beg.
