The Multi-Subject Judgements input screen allows judgements to be recorded on one screen for Maths, Reading, Writing and Science at the same time for a selected group.

To load up the judgement input screen, select the group you wish to record judgements for and click Load Group:

Once the group is loaded, each pupil has their own individual row where a judgement can be recorded for Maths, Reading, Writing and Science:

The type of Judgement that is recorded can be changed in the Judgement drop-down in the top right hand corner:

The same options available on the Judgements report are available here:

  • Percent: Manually type in a percentage score for each pupil.

  • Band: Select Bronze / Silver / Gold for each pupil.

  • Progress: There are a number of sets of judgements that you can select from. These can then be selected for each child.

Once the judgements have been made, they will need to be saved.  Before saving, some key identifying information will need to be recorded:

  • Date: This will default to today's date.  Select the date you want the judgements to be recorded for.  For example if you are recording judgements for the beginning of the year in September, change the date to a day in September, e.g 27/09/19.

  • Year: Select the appropriate year group that the data is to be associated to.  For example if you are recording judgements for Year 3 pupils when they were Year 2, the year would be Year 2.

  • Judgements Name: Provide a name for the judgement made.  If one is not given, an automatic name will be selected.

  • file names must NOT contain  the "/" character. This will disabe to download function of the file.

  • Save Judgements

How Do I Look At The Judgements Recorded?

Once the data has been saved it will be listed in the Previous Imports section under External Data.  The judgements made can be loaded up in a variety of progress reports including the Multi-Subject Overview reports, Judgements and the Group Matrix.
