If you are having trouble logging in, click the 'Having trouble logging in?' link from the login page.



Enter the email address associated to your account and click 'Send reset password link'. An email will be sent from sender@classroommonitor.co.uk asking you to set a new password.




If you enter an email address that you have not yet verified no email will be sent at this stage.


In order to verify your email address you will need to locate your User Account Created email that was sent to you when your account was created.


If you are unable to locate the original User Account Created email that was sent to you then you will need to ask a user that has either Administrative or SLT permission within Classroom Monitor from your school to resend the User Account Created email by going to the Settings area of the system.


If however you receive the message:

"You have exceeded the maximum number of incorrect log in attempts. Please contact your system administrator."


You have exceeded the number of failed attempts that are permissible and your account is now suspended. If this happens you will need to ask a user that has either Administrative or SLT permission within Classroom Monitor from your school to unlock your account.
