L1c: Helping all users achieve Level 1

Outcome: All users in school have completed level 1 in their pathways
Why it matters: To ensure effective use of Classroom Monitor it is important to ensure that all staff have completed the relevant learning and you have identified where support may be required
Time to complete: 15 minutes
Level 1 is all about getting to know Classroom Monitor and getting ready to use it. Once you have completed the Level 1 on the learning pathway, Classroom Monitor will be ready for everyone else to use. This is a good time to introduce them to the CM Academy and get everyone off to a good start. As the CM Leader, it would be advisable to complete at least some of these modules yourself so that you can effectivley support staff as required.
Level 1 SLT Pathway
You could cover this in a full staff meeting or encourage users to work through this individually. You will need to make sure that users have received their login details
You are likely to want to hold a meeting with SLT to take them through the Classroom Monitor setup. As part of this, you may want to discuss how and why they might want to set up additional groups in Classroom Monitor.
Level 1 Teacher Pathway
You could cover this in a full staff meeting or encourage users to join or watch a webinar. You will need to make sure that users have received their login details
