if you have a teacher that has not yet verified their email address with us they will need to click the link the email that was sent to them when their account was created.


Should they not be able to locate this email you can send them another by going to Settings > Data Management > Teacher Management > Edit Teacher


The Resend Account Creation Email button will only appear on a users profile 24 hours after the last email was sent should their email address remain unverified.




If you do not see this button on a teachers profile it will mean that they have either only just been sent another account creation email or that their email address is now verified.


If a teacher is verified but still cannot log in they will need to request a Reset Password.
