The Reset Password email will only be sent to an email address that has been verified.


If you need to verify your email address you will need locate your 'User Account Created' email that was sent to you when your account was created. In that email is a link that you can click to verify your email address.


If you are unable to locate that email you can ask somebody in your school with administrative access to resend you another.
