If you have requested a Reset Password email and you have not received it first check your junk and/or spam folders of your email inbox.

The email will have been sent from the email address sender@classroommonitor.co.uk

If you have still not received the email after doing this then it is likely that you may be registered using different email address or that your email address is correct but has not yet been verified.

In either instance a Classroom Monitor administrator within your school can check this by going to the Settings pages.
