This report has been designed to show progress for a markbook subject between two dates. The data can be displayed to show individual pupil progress or average progress for characteristics groups.
% of Assessed/Overall %: The report can be loaded up using either type of markbook data.
Start Date: This will look at assessments made from this date onward. Assessments made before the start date will not be included.
End Date: This will be all the assessments made up until this date.
Group: Select the class group that you wish to view information for.
Curriculum: Select the curriculum which has the subject you wish to view data for
Subject: Select the subject that has been assessed on the markbooks.
Ability/Year: Select the abilities that you want to view data for.
Display data As: Pupil Names will show each individual pupil and their percentage scores in the start and end month. Pupil Type will show the characteristics groups, e.g Male, Female, Pupil Premium, Non Pupil Premium, and the average % score for pupils in these categories.
Load Report.
Pupil Names will produce a table in the following format:
Pupil names will be listed down the left hand side. Each ability level will show the the percentage score in the start date and percentage score achieves in the end date. The variance column is the difference between the start and end date scores. In the right hand column you can view a graph for each individual pupil by clicking 'VIEW GRAPH' on their corresponding row:
This will display a bar for the percentage score in the start date, the variance and the end date. The individual graphs for all pupils can be displayed on one page by clicking on 'All Graphs' at the top of the page:
Pupil Type will display a table in the following format:
The pupil characteristics groups will be displayed down the left hand side. The percentage scores shown here are the averages for each characteristic group in the star and end dates. The variance will show the difference between the two averages. In the right hand column you can view a graph for each characteristics group by clicking 'VIEW GRAPH' on the corresponding row:
This will display a bar for the percentage score in the start date, the variance and the end date. The individual graphs for all pupils can be displayed on one page by clicking on 'All Graphs' at the top of the page:
