Downloading An External Data Import Template

Downloading a template provides the necessary format to upload external data on to Classroom Monitor. This is done from the External Data page by clicking on 'Download Template' in the top left hand corner:
On the next screen, select the import type for the information you wish to upload. A full list of import types and the mark ranges for the data in each column can be found on the following help page: Import Types. If a specific import type is not listed, data can be imported using the 'Standard Test' import type. This allows a score between 0-150 to be recorded for pupils.
Group Source is optional and allows you to download a template for a specific Year Group or Class Group. Once you have made a selection, click the blue download button. This will download a CSV file that can be completed with the relevant information and then uploaded through External Data.
