To view teacher accounts, go to Settings and click Teacher Management under the School Configuration heading.
Teacher accounts will be listed in a table that displays their details:
To edit an existing teacher or to see any other details that may not be displayed on the table, click the row of the teacher you would like to view.
To manually add a new teacher click the Add New button in the top right hand corner:
This will bring up a form to complete with the details for the new user:
The mandatory fields are First name, Surname and Email, which are all denoted with an asterisk(*).
When all the details have been entered click the green Create Teacher button in the bottom right hand corner. This will create the teachers account and they will be sent an activation email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once the teacher has been manually set up they will need to be manually assigned to classes.
