How do I remove a pupil who has left our school?

In the vast majority of schools, pupils who have left will be removed from Classroom Monitor automatically via a link to their school Management Information System (MIS). When a pupil leaves the school, once they have been removed from the school MIS, this will then synchronise with Classroom Monitor overnight.
Once a pupil is removed from Classroom Monitor, they will no longer appear in any groups that they were in.
In schools that do not have an MIS, pupils will be removed by an admin user via Settings>Pupil Management, selecting the relevant pupil and then changing the Status from Active to Inactive. This option should not be used by schools with an MIS link.
