We are aware of an error message users are encountering when trying to login to Classroom Monitor. Our development team are investigating the issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible. Our development team believe they have identified the root cause of this issue and are now exploring possible solutions to resolve this issue.

The cause of the issue has been confirmed as our third party provider data centre experiencing an outage. Our developers are in contact with them and our third party provider is working to resolve the issue. At the moment we are unable to provide a timeframe for when this issue will be resolved.

This issue has now been resolved, with normal access to Classroom Monitor V2 restored. Users should no longer encounter a '500 Internal Server Error' message when accessing Classroom Monitor V2. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue and thank you for your patience whilst this was investigated and resolved.
