Long Term Tracking

Long Term Tracking can be accessed from the progress section and can be found under the Combination Reports area. This report allows for a comparison of statutory data that has been imported from CTF. It looks at results for Reading, Writing and Maths and where the pupil currently is on the markbooks for a selected curriculum.
To load up a Long Term Tracking Report:
Class/Year: Select the year group or class group that you wish to look at the data for.
Curriculum: This will be for comparing data on the markbooks to the Statutory Data. Select the curriculum that you have been recording assessments against pupils in the markbook.
Reading: Select the Reading subject from the curriculum you have selected. This will display the pupils's current score in Reading on the report.
Writing: Select the Writing subject from the curriculum you have selected. This will display the pupils's current score in Writing on the report.
Maths: Select the Maths subject from the curriculum you have selected. This will display the pupils's current score in Maths on the report.
The report will display information the following format:
Each subject has the ELG result, please be aware that this result is not taken or affected by what is recorded in the EYFS Profile curriculum. Only the information that has been imported by the CTF is displayed. The 'Reading CHK' column displays the Phonics Screening Test score. Each subject has a column for the Key Stage 1 result and the final column, titled 'Score', displays the current Overall % score from the markbook.
