We have designed Classroom Monitor to be easy to use so you can get on with using it rather than spending time learning how to use it. However, there are a number of ways that you can get support should you need it:
CM Training Academy: Our online training pathways are designed to support your use of Classroom Monitor in your role in school
Knowledge base: We have simple guides and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) available for you. You can browse the solutions contents page or use the search function towards the top of the page
Online helpdesk: If you have a specific question or issue, you can contact the team for support. Once you have created an account on our online helpdesk, you will be able to submit and track tickets
Bespoke training: If your school has specific training needs, we can provide bespoke online or in-school training services. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss this further.
