These reports provide a historical overview of attainment for different years using two particular Import Types that have been imported through External Data. These reports specifically look at SPTO or Teacher Assessment imports.


Historic School Overview Multi-Subject View

This report provides an overview of data for the whole school broken down into each year group and characteristics for either a SPTO or Teacher Assessment import.

  • Academic Year: This will align pupils to the Year Group they were in at that point in time.  For example, looking at pupils who are in Year 4 during 2019-20 and selecting 2018-19 for the Academic Year field will show their Year 3 data.

  • Import Type: The options will be either SPTO or Teacher Assessments.  You can check the Import Type by going to External Data and click on Previous Imports. 

  • Imports From Date: This will be date the information was recorded for.  This is the Test Date column in the Previous Imports section. 

  • Imports Until Date: This needs to be later than the Imports from date.  This will help filter out files from later dates. 

  • Import: Select the subject files you wish to look at.  Up to 3 different files can be selected. 

  • Load Report 


Historic Year Overview Multi-Subject View

An overview of either SPTO or Teacher Assessments for each characteristics group in a year group.  This is loaded in the same way as the Historic School Overview Multi-Subject View, but with the addition of selecting the relevant year group.


Historic Class Overview Multi-Subject View

An overview of SPTO or Teacher Assessment for each characteristics group in a class group. This is loaded in the same way as the Historic Year Overview Multi-Subject View, but selecting the relevant class group instead of year group.
