The overview reports display data for each pupil by their year group and therefore require objectives for a chosen subject to be identified as ones belonging to a year.
In some cases not all objectives are directly associated to a single year group and in this instance you may find that the overview reports do not return any data.
It is possible for us to add year values onto objectives for you should you not have them already set.
To do this simple raise a case providing is with the following details:
Curriculum
Subject(s)
Ability
If the curriculum in question already has it's objectives associated to abilities it may be as simple as you saying that you want all objectives from an ability associated to a single year ie. all Stage 1 objectives for all subjects within a curriculum should be Year 1.
In other cases it may be that you have a large number of objectives associated to a broader ability such as a Milepost or a Key Stage. In this instance we would need to know which year value you would like placed on each individual objective.
